Who We Are

ABOUT IMCA

International Mosaic Christian Alliance

Born in the greater Toronto area, IMCA is a multinational mission alliance — a mosaic of diverse backgrounds, generations, languages, and cultures united to reveal God's Kingdom.

Greeting

A Greeting from the Wilderness

Shalom. Grace and peace to you in Christ. IMCA (International Mosaic Christian Alliance) was born in the barren soil of the Canadian immigrant community. It was the seasons of sowing in tears — without visible fruit, walking through the wilderness — that brought us to where we stand today.

We did not come with a polished success story. It was precisely through thorough failure and helplessness that we rediscovered the pure original form of the Gospel. That wilderness confession is now becoming a movement toward Korea and the nations.

IMCA desires to be a humble partner for all — listening first, serving first, and building the Kingdom together. Let us begin this great commitment toward the Kingdom of God that is coming in the midst of your own life.

Our Story

From Wilderness to Mosaic

2000s

Canadian Immigrant Field

Seeds of a gospel movement were sown in the barren soil of immigrant ministry in Canada (CMCA). It was a season of walking through the wilderness without visible fruit.

Wilderness

Failure and Discovery

Through much failure, we rediscovered the pure original form of the Gospel. We experienced the power not of large budgets and buildings, but of the Microchurch — two or three gathered in His name — and the Citywide Mosaic Fellowship, where diverse communities unite for God's mission in the city.

2020s

Birth of K-UP INITIATIVE

Facing the crisis of the Korean church — the exodus of the next generation, broken families, believers who have lost their gospel edge — we became convinced of the need for a new movement. We believe that teens, young adults, families, and children will rise united in Christ, empowered by the Spirit, to bless and make disciples in schools, campuses, homes, neighborhoods, and workplaces.

2026

IMCA Official Launch

International Mosaic Christian Alliance officially launches. A mission alliance is formed where diverse backgrounds, generations, languages, and cultures come together as one mosaic to reveal God's Kingdom.

Now

No Place Left

Gospel movements in every sphere of life. The Listening Tour and K-UP INITIATIVE toward Korea and the nations have begun in earnest.

Core Values

What We Believe

IMCA's three core values are our identity and the foundation of our ministry

01

United in Christ

그리스도 안에서 하나되어

We are united in Christ alone — transcending denominations, backgrounds, generations, and languages. Our unity is not organizational but Gospel-created.

Ephesians 4:3 — Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
02

Powered by the Spirit

성령의 권능을 힘입어

We move not by human strategy and methodology, but by the power of the Holy Spirit. We walk together in the Kingdom pattern completed in Christ's life, driven by grace.

Zechariah 4:6 — Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord Almighty.
03

Mosaic Fellowship

모자이크 공동체

Just as different pieces come together to complete one beautiful picture, diversity reveals the richness of God's Kingdom. We pursue unity in diversity — not uniformity — at the city level for God's mission.

Revelation 7:9 — A great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language.
IMCA Founding Declaration

Founding Declaration

2026

Today, by the grace of God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we declare the official launch of the International Mosaic Christian Alliance (IMCA).

I

Where We Stand

We stand in the wilderness. This alliance began in the barren soil of the Canadian immigrant field — in the place of sowing in tears without visible fruit. We experienced God's power not in a place of success, but in failure; not in strength, but in weakness. That wilderness confession is our starting point.

II

The Crisis We See

The Korean church today stands before a great crisis: the rapid exodus of the next generation, broken families, and believers who have lost the wild edge of the wholistic Gospel and fallen into helplessness. The traditional pastoral paradigm centered on large budgets and buildings has reached its limits. We face this crisis squarely.

III

The Gospel We Believe

We are deeply rooted in the pure original form of the Gospel of the cross and resurrection. In the daily life of one person living according to the revelation that Jesus is the Christ, the Lord Jesus himself builds his church. Each person who experiences the church gives birth to disciples, and those disciples give birth to more disciples — this multiplication is the essence of the Kingdom movement God blesses. We believe this simple and powerful Gospel will renew Korea and the nations.

IV

The Unity We Pursue

IMCA pursues solidarity and unity for God's mission across denominations and organizations. We connect, encourage, serve, and catalyze those who believe in Jesus Christ within the unity the Spirit creates. Just as different pieces come together to form one beautiful mosaic, our vision is for diverse churches and communities to reveal God's Kingdom together in this generation.

V

Where We Are Headed

No Place Left — gospel movements in every sphere of life. We move toward Korea and the nations. Igniting Gospel Movements in Every People, Every Language — we will not stop until the wholistic Gospel is embodied in every people and every language. Through K-UP INITIATIVE, we will cultivate generational spiritual breakthrough and penetrate and plant microchurches in every sphere of life.

VI

Our Commitment

We will listen first. We will serve first. We will pray first. We will be humble co-workers who join what God is already doing. We desire that this declaration be proven not in words but in life, not in documents but in movement.

Therefore, with the heart of God the Father, for the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, in the Holy Spirit, we together declare the launch of the International Mosaic Christian Alliance.
